Step-by-step process

Place your order
Choose the Mini Carrie Handbag – with your needlepoint canvas from the shop:
(Shop → Custom made with your needlepoint→ Mini Carrie Handbag – with your needlepoint canvas) Complete your order through the online store. Before placing your order, please make sure to read the product description carefully, as it contains important information.

Send me your canvas
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions, including the shipping address and all the information you need to send your canvas. You can send your needlepoint canvas via courier or BoxNow. If you don't receive the email or experience any issues with shipping, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Important: Please include your order number inside the package to help avoid any confusion when your canvas arrives.

I create your handbag
As soon as I receive your package, I'll begin creating your one-of-a-kind handbag. Before I get started, I'll get in touch to go over a few final details with you (such as the placement of your design). If you have a preferred way of communicating besides email, feel free to leave a note with your order (Instagram or Viber). I always take great care to make the best possible use of the needlepoint canvas you've entrusted to me.

Packaging & Shipping your order
Once your handbag is complete, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. A few days later, your handbag will with you!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The estimated production time for your handbag is approximately 20 business days. If any unexpected delays occur, you'll be notified as soon as possible.
To ensure that you receive your handbag within a reasonable timeframe—and that I can maintain the quality and care that go into every piece—the number of custom orders accepted each month is limited.
If you place an order but don't send me your needlepoint canvas, I'll do my best to get in touch with you. If I'm unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and you'll receive a full refund.
If I receive your needlepoint canvas but I'm unable to contact you regarding the final details, I'll proceed with creating your handbag based on what I believe best complements your needlepoint canvas. Likewise, if you don't specify your preferred handle color in the order notes and I'm unable to reach you, I'll choose the handle color that I feel works best with your design.
If the material you send is not a needlepoint canvas, or if it is a different type of material that I cannot work with, it will be returned to you and your order will be cancelled. If you're unsure whether your canvas is suitable, please don't hesitate to get in touch before sending it. The same applies to canvases that are damaged or, in my judgment, unsuitable for use.
If any part of your needlepoint canvas is not used in the making of your handbag, it will be returned to you together with the finished product.
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before production has begun. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@atotebug.com.
Shipping costs for sending your needlepoint canvas to me are the responsibility of the customer.
As each handbag is a custom-made piece created specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
