Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, with tags and original packaging

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will not only issue a full refund for the product, but also reimburse the original shipping costs you paid when placing the order οf return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on made-to-order or personalized bags, discounted or sale items, limited edition designs, or handmade products crafted in small batches. These items are created with care and intention, often based on unique materials or customer-specific choices, and cannot be restocked.If you're unsure whether a product is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about the next steps.Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there.
Once approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
