Payment Methods

At atotebug.com, we offer simple and secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit – Pay easily using Visa, Mastercard, or other major cards through our secure payment gateway. You will be able to select this option and complete your payment at the final step of the checkout process.

 

  • Bank Transfer – Complete your payment by depositing or transferring the amount to one of our bank accounts:

  • Cash on Delivery – Pay in cash when your order is delivered. An additional 2€ fee is applied in cash-on-delivery option.

Processing Time & Our Commitment to Sustainability

In an effort to minimize our environmental footprint, we follow a made-to-order production model.  
This means that each item is carefully crafted after your order is placed, with a processing time of 3–7 business days before shipping.

By avoiding mass inventory, we reduce raw material waste and limit excess production which is an intentional step toward a more responsible way of making.

Thank you for supporting conscious production. Together, we're creating something meaningful with minimal impact.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Greece. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future to include additional countries. For any questions or special requests regarding shipping, feel free to contact us at info@atotebug.com.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within Greece is charged at a flat rate of €3 per order.
If you choose cash on delivery (αντικαταβολή), there is an additional fee of €2. Free shipping is available for all orders of €90 or more (excluding the cash on delivery fee, if applicable).

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Timeline

All orders are shipped via EasyMail, our trusted delivery partner. We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your package has been handed over to EasyMail, delivery times are typically as follows:

  • Athens & Thessaloniki: Next business day

  • Rest of Greece: Within 1–5 business days, depending on location

Please note that all of our products are handmade and often available in limited quantities, so minor delays may occur due to production time or temporary stock limitations. Additionally, delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s performance, your specific location, or during peak seasons and public holidays.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your package is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to contact us at info@atotebug.com

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If your parcel seems to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with EasyMail. We are here to help and ensure your package gets to you safely.
